Kevin Francis JOHN MAJOR large character jug Limited Edition 500
Kevin Francis limited edition 7 3/4'' character jug of John Major (Former UK Conservative Prime Minister) This jug was issued in a limited edition of 500 pieces, this is number 10 (Great number for a former Prime Ministers jug) of that edition. I have checked the jug for cracks & restoration & I haven't found any. The only thing I will mention is the glaze covering the base & company stamp is more like a resin and not a ceramic glaze. It looks original and nothing looks tampered with. It is slightly discoloured to the centre which is what caught my eye. I seem to recall that some of these very early Kevin Francis jugs did have a resin glaze & this was changed after the company became more established as it proved unpopular.
