MONTBLANC 2015 Great Characters Andy Warhol Limited Edition Fountain Pen 1928. Montblanc's tribute to one of the leading figures in Pop Art, whose vast influence still permeates both the art world and popular culture.

The cap is inspired by Warhol's silkscreen print "Flowers"; the cone is embellished with a barcode, referencing Warhol's commentary on commercialism in the arts; the grey lacquer barrel and platinum-plated fittings allude to Warhol's New York studio, The Silver Factory; and the cap is engraved with his dictum: "You need to let the little things that would ordinarily bore you suddenly thrill you". Medium (M) 18K gold nib engraved with dollar sign motif.

Outer sleeve, outer box, display box, booklet. Untouched condition, box still sealed in the original shrinkwrap.
