Our 30 years professional trading in antiques and collectables is your guarantee. A superb Royal Doulton large size Limited Edition double handled character jug Oliver Cromwell D6968. Made in the UK in 1994, in a Limited Edition of 2500 pieces, the jug was issued to Celebrate the 350th Anniversary of the Battle of Marston Moor in 1664. The jug has Colonel Fairfax and Charles 1st as the handles. This jug was made in the superb "quality" era of Royal Doulton and some of the decoration is trimmed in gold and platinum - they really did a great job of decorating this piece.

Approx 18.5cms (7 1/4") tall and approx 23cms (9") wide handle to handle. In excellent condition, free from chips, cracks, crazing and repairs. Which is included on all of our pieces.
